WHAT IS SUITEN NO NAMI?
Suiten no Nami is a co-ed youtaite group telling a story of making it in the competitive idol industry. The group has a traditional Japanese concept and consists of five members.

An heiress to a major family, Kanae rarely shows emotion on her face and only speaks when she finds necessary. Some people perceive her as unfriendly, but she can be quite welcoming to others and desires to be close with people.

Momoka is the happy-go-lucky mood maker of the group. Also from a well-off household, she's good at hiding the fact that she gets annoyed easily by little things or bad behavior. However, that doesn't stop her from voicing her own opinion when the time calls for it.

A foreigner from Southeast Asia. Kei very serious person, and is super passionate about being an idol. Though the youngest of the members, he is known for his intelligence, particularly in mathematics and languages.
HARU

A quiet and shy boy who speaks softly, but lets his mind run wild. He finds it difficult to keep up a conversation with others unless he is talking about something he knows lots about, in which he’ll ramble on forever but stop every once in a while to apologize.

Serious and strict on herself about everything. In order to never show any signs of weakness to others, she mostly keeps to herself. Meiko also tends to overthink a lot of actions and things people do or say around her, whether or not it involves herself.

Tends to be quite carefree and teasing, but has a completely serious and different vibe when he’s dancing.

An elegant and feminine man. Seems to be uptight all the time, but gets flustered easily when teased.
